Şırnak Wastewater Treatment Project
HIDROGUNES successfully managed this European Union-supported project, executed under FIDIC (Yellow Book) contract conditions. Our contract management expertise ensured the smooth and on-time completion of the project on behalf of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.
Scope of Work
- Advanced biological wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 12,000 m³/day, serving 85,000 people
- Treatment stages including preliminary treatment, biological phosphorus removal, pre-denitrification, nitrification, and final settling
- Dewatered sludge processed with solar dryers for efficient disposal
- Biological odor control unit to minimize environmental impact during operation
- 1,600 m wastewater collector with a 600 mm diameter and approximately 40 manholes
